This is the French style three piece Raised Panel (14 1/2 x 14 1/2) surrounded by 2 x 2 flat tiles and Henry's Liners. Making the whole set 22 inches square.

 
  This is a Paris One mural surrounded by small glass mosaic tiles and then a border of Plain Frame. This Ivory glaze is suitable for a wet environment like a shower.  
 
  For the decorative ceramic backsplash on the left, the liner around the Floral mural, as well as the mosaic field tiles were acquired by the installer. On the right, the same Floral mural is surrounded by custom cut Acanthus Liners. This one piece Floral is only available in a few colors. This same design is typically purchased as a 3 piece mural, which is available in any color.    
 
 
 

This is a three piece Floral (above) is surrounded with custom made 1 1/2 inch wide tile strips and Henry's Liner. The color is Warm Taupe, which is a Stone Wash glaze. The tiles were then painted with a tile sealer to minimize water penetration. My stone wash technique uses a thin layer of glaze, so the stone wash colors would not be recommended for a shower enclosure, but they could still be used as a decorative mural for the backsplash. Most of my glazes create a dense glass like surface, like any other tile in your house, so they could be used in any interior application.

 
 
 
Here is the Floral used in a professionally designed kitchen. The stone liners and flat tiles were provided by Siena Tile and Stone in Livermore, California.  
 

Here are a Lion and two Bouquet tiles, my customer found the green rope liner and complimentary field tile in the ceramic tile section of their local home improvement center. The overall area covered by this decorative ceramic backsplash is approximately 30 x 35 inches.

  
        This is the original French Flowers one piece tile (7 x 18 inches) surrounded by a dark rope liner and mosaic tiles available at your local home improvement center.
